BASIC MACHINE CONFIGURATION

- Automatic wrapping of the web leaders onto bare mandrels WITHOUT ANY adhesive consumables
- Automatic closing of finished rolls by label applicator
- Automatic ejection of finished rolls onto individual discharge shaft
- On-the-fly transverse cutting of the webs
- Servo-driven rewinding by “brushless technology” motors
- Electronic torque and position control
- Automatic rewind tension control, independent of the web tension in the main machine
- Automatic turret adjustment for each dimension
