Gallus EM 280 – 8 Colour Flexo Label Press with Hot Foil & Screen Printing
The Gallus EM 280 is one of the most proven narrow web label presses on the market, known for its mechanical stability, long service life and straightforward operation. This 2008 machine combines 8 flexo printing units with screen printing and hot foil. This allows high-quality, highly finished labels to be produced in a single pass.
The press was fully refurbished by Gallus in 2015 and offers a comprehensive equipment package. This includes cold foil, delam/relam, laminating, corona treatment, web cleaning, an IST UV system and the BST PowerScope camera control. Two rotary die cutters and a Gapmaster complete the line for finished, ready-to-use labels.
The machine is dismantled and packed on pallets. It is available immediately and ready for shipment from our location in Ratingen, Germany. Please note that the machine cannot be tested, as it is already packed.
