Overview
The Leomat / Rotocontrol DT 340 (2015) is a modular label finishing and converting line with a web width of 340 mm. It combines several processes in a single pass, so labels can be printed, varnished, treated and die-cut in one production run.
The line is equipped with a flexo printing / varnishing unit and a flatbed screen printing unit for spot colours, varnishes and tactile effects. Corona treatment prepares the web for better ink adhesion, and the semi-rotative / full rotative die-cutting unit gives you the flexibility to choose the right cutting mode for each job.
Two web guides, a waste rewinder and a rewinding station ensure stable web handling and clean, finished rolls. The DT series is designed for finishing and converting digitally printed labels, which makes this machine a strong addition to any digital or hybrid label production.
