We are actively consulting companies in the printing and packaging industry.
Our main field of activity is label printing and the purchase and sale of label printing machinery.
Who should apply?
This is a full time remote position (home office) We are in the process of expanding our Turkish team for the new projects. If you possess below qualifications, we would like to have a call with you.
You will be part of a seamless customer support operation, working to achieve our goal of the best customer experience.
This is not a sales job.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator in both Turkish and English. If you think you have these qualifications, we would like to have a call with you.
What will be my responsibilities?
- Helping both Turkish and English-speaking customers via chat, e-mail, and telephone
- Working together with your team to reach the best customer satisfaction
- Communicate with our worldwide customers directly
- Giving accurate and real-time responses to customer inquiries
- Following company policies and practices regarding customer relations
What makes me qualified for this position?
- Full Time Remote Position (Home Office)
- Excellent in written and verbal communication both in Turkish and English
- Having a passion for customer service and care
- Ability to listen and come up with solutions to customers problems
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, this can be face to face, online, or via phone calls
- Daily, weekly, monthly reporting skills
- Multi-tasking and time management skills
