Web width: 440 mm
Winding Technology – innovative, reliable, non-stop.
Continuous web feed, matrix disposal and rewinding, increase productivity, improve quality, and reduce waste.
NON-STOP REWINDER
Uninterrupted winding of web-type materials.
Overview:
Transfer rewinder is designed for nonstop rewinding of web-type materials coming off printing presses and processing machines.
The system automatically severs the end of the rewound web and transfers it to a prepared core for guaranteed uninterrupted production. Its unique “flying shears” mechanism produces a straight cut every time, regardless of material.
Fully wound reels are pneumatically pushed out onto a mobile reel lifter, preventing them from touching the floor or getting dirty.
NON-STOP UNWINDER
Uninterrupted feed of web-type materials.
Overview:
The transfer unwinding system ensures the uninterrupted feed of web-type materials used in conjunction with printing presses or processing machines.
Uninterrupted production is guaranteed, thanks to automatic butt-joined adhesion of the new reel of material to the end of the running material web at maximum machine operating speed. The reels are fed by an integrated lift-and-load system. The web festoon, driven by a servomotor, compensates the material feed during the splicing process and is also equipped with a built-in isolation dancer module for decoupling the downstream process.
MATRIX REWINDING
Uninterrupted winding of self-adhesive matrix.
Matrix Transfer System guarantees uninterrupted rewinding of a self-adhesive matrix produced with a label cutting and printing process.
The matrix is wound, sticky side down, onto an auxiliary core, and when it reaches the maximum reel diameter, cutting bars automatically transfer it to a material-specific auxiliary core.
The whole reel is brought to a safe stop position by a pushing mechanism, so that it is in a convenient pickup position for the operator.
